If you wish to exchange or return the product, you must contact us first.
The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and has not undergone any changes. The customer bears the full shipping costs, and the cost of the product is returned to the customer within 14 working days.
The customer has the right to replace the product with another product, before sending the shipment. After sending the shipment, he is entitled to an exchange within 14 working days, and he must bear the full shipping cost and the product cost difference, if any.
If the product is defective, or does not conform to the specifications specified at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days. In this case, the customer must send proof of shipping costs stating: the consignment number – shipping – and the cost. The customer is then entitled to recover the full amount.
Products included in discounts and offers cannot be exchanged or returned, with the exception of a defect in the product.
Products are not accepted for return or exchange in the following cases:
– Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt, and exchanges are not accepted after 14 days.
-When the product changes from its original condition for any reason
– When used beyond the purpose of experimentation.
-Products that were manufactured at the request of the customer according to specifications specified by him.
